A $500 non-refundable retainer holds your date exclusively — and that’s the only decision you have to make right away. You then have 30 days to choose your style and scope, so you can lock in your filmmaker now and settle the details once your plans firm up.
About one week before the wedding we sit down together — in person, or over FaceTime if that’s easier. This is where we talk through your unique love story, your style preferences, and your vision for the day.
We’ll go over the storyboard, the music direction, and your full wedding-day timeline, so that by the morning of, every one of us already knows where to be and what’s coming next.
Relax and have fun! That’s genuinely your only job. We arrive early, dress in quiet professional black, and work so unobtrusively that most couples tell us afterward their guests never realized we were there.
Your film is crafted in our own studio, by our own team — never shipped out to a stranger or an intern. It takes approximately 30 days of meticulous, frame-by-frame attention.
You see your film privately before anyone else does, in your own online theater. Watch it as many times as you like, then send us your notes — this stage is for refinements and minor edits, and we polish until it’s right.
Your finished film arrives as a streaming film in your private online theater and on physical media you can hold, shelve, and hand to your parents.
Then, roughly three months after your wedding, the rest follows: your raw footage and project files — every clip and every angle we shot. It’s your wedding, so you should own your wedding.
We don’t advertise much. The best thank-you we’ve ever received is a referral — and for over 25 years, most of our couples have come from other couples and their families. We’d be honored to be part of yours.
Yes. Marc personally attends every single wedding — no substitute crews, ever.
No — being invisible is the heart of our style. We favor natural light, quiet equipment, and distance. Couples routinely tell us their guests never noticed we were there.

Both — and this is where we differ from most studios. You get the complete archive: every clip, every angle, every take, not just the parts that made the final cut. We also keep an off-site backup for years afterward. After all, it’s your wedding; you should own your wedding.
Professional 8K cinema cameras at 24 frames per second — the same look as the movies — plus drones, gimbals and broadcast audio recorders. 8K gives us so much resolution we can punch into a single frame and still deliver a razor-sharp close-up.
Fully. We can provide a certificate of insurance directly to your venue — many of Philadelphia’s luxury venues already have ours on file.
Yes — your taste drives the soundtrack. We’ll guide you on what works well during the design session.
Every wedding is filmed multi-camera, so there’s built-in redundancy from the moment we start rolling — plus backups of the footage from the same night.
Most weddings shine with 7+ hours — enough to capture preparations through the dance floor. We’ll map it to your actual timeline in the design session.
Anywhere love goes. There’s no travel fee within 60 miles of Philadelphia, a modest per-mile fee beyond that — and yes, we once filmed a four-day celebration in Brazil.
Popular dates go 9–18 months out, and we’ve been booked as far as three years ahead. If your date is close, ask anyway — we sometimes have room.
Simply, and as flexibly as we can manage. A $500 retainer reserves your date. Within 30 days you’ll choose your style and scope, and half of the remaining balance is due then.
After that, most couples prefer to break the rest into smaller payments spread across their engagement — that’s completely fine, and we’ll shape a schedule around whatever suits you.
The one firm part: your commission is paid in full before the wedding day. Your film is a bespoke piece of art, made for exactly two people in the world — it isn’t something we could ever offer to anyone else. Every bit of this is spelled out plainly in your agreement: no fine print, no surprises.
